It starts with a free evaluation, soils analysis and estimate. We walk your job site with you and discuss your ideas if you already have a plan, and if not, we are ready to help put together one to suit all your needs. As we know that not all ranches have the same design and layout, we're there to help you design yours from irrigation to drains, hot walkers and roundpens and arenas, fencing, barns and sheds, stalls, etc...
The wealth of knowledge I have obtained over the span of 34 years in this industry has become invaluable to me as a builder and designer of arenas and riding facilities.
It was about 1989 when I saw and came to the realization that there needed to be the drastic changes in the arena phase of Ranch building. Arenas weren't holding up under the weather conditions, draining design,compaction, and bad soil. Even worse base and bad sand or improper sand for footings. Arenas built under such conditions are the difference between a long productive life of a horse, or the opposite, not to mention the most important aspect of this, the safety of the horse and rider.
In today's market, the products we are able to get through suppliers are some of the best available when it comes to base, such as class # GR DG - Decomposed granite, and our sands for footings are a good, all purpose washed concrete sand, that has some fines and a little more coarse mixed for an ideal footing when it comes to the cush to absorb weight distribution. There are many disciplines of horses and a variety of footings that can be used. Dressage, Jumpers, Cutters, the list goes on, and so are the many styles we can design depending on your needs.
